Who is a client?
Apollo Consultancy is a new start-up in the Social Care space. The founders have over 30 years of experience in the field, and they plan to create a company that will set new standards for their competitors. Until they can sort out the CQC requirements, they plan to contact the existing company and help them improve and extend their services.
What was the problem?
As a new company, they did not have anything. They needed a social presence, the ability to communicate with all their leads and clients, and the hardware and software required for the document-heavy industry.
What we did
Because, we offer a wide range of services, what will be provided to a client is never the same.
Marketing and communication.
As with all new companies, we have started with the required basics: a Domain and a working website.
Our next step was to ensure that our client is able to present themselves professionally and can send email using their new domain; that is, we have set up a working email server to handle their communication. Having the email in your domain has two main advantages. First and foremost, it is a sign of professionalism. It means that you have spent some time getting it done and that your attention to detail is great. Furthermore, it allows you to showcase your company name every time you send or receive an email.
Hardware
Having taken care of their online presence, we have moved to secure their ability to work properly. After a long discussion on what machine they needed, we helped them secure two Dell Latitude laptops to allow them to work on the required documentation without any issues.
Cooperation
The last required thing was to allow them to easily create many documents and to make sharing them easy between founders. We have set up the Microsoft 365 solution for them. This gave them access to all required software like Microsoft Word as well as provided them with a SharePoint website to facilitate storing and sharing documents.
